What it means for you
Having nothing to sell is not a slogan here — it is the reason a page on this site can say plainly that a popular network has a documented weakness, or that a heavily advertised feature is worth nothing to most households.
| Question | Our position |
|---|---|
| Do you sell anything? | No — no SIMs, contracts, handsets or services |
| Do you take commission? | No, from any network, on anything you buy |
| Do you accept paid placement? | Never, on any page |
| Are you connected to any network? | No, to none of them |
| Do you publish prices? | No — they go stale faster than we could correct them |
| Can you see my account? | No. We cannot see, open or alter any account |
| Will you ask for security details? | Never — no password, code or card number |
The facts
- Sources
- Published terms, regulator requirements, independent measurement
- Structure
- Identical thirteen sections on every network sheet
- Each panel
- Facts on the left, plain meaning on the right
- Aim
- Something you can act on
What it means for you
We read what the networks publish, what the regulator requires and what independent measurement shows, then write down what it means for an ordinary household.
Every network sheet runs through the same thirteen sections in the same order, so any two can be laid side by side without allowing for differences in presentation. Each panel puts the bare facts on the left and what they mean for you on the right.
The facts
- Triggers for a rewrite
- Mergers, network closures, regulation
- Between rewrites
- Details can change without notice
- Always takes precedence
- The network’s own current terms
- If we are wrong
- Ring us and we will fix it
What it means for you
Sheets are rewritten when the facts move — a merger, a network switch-off, a change in the rules. Between rewrites, details can and do change without notice, and a network’s own current terms always take precedence over anything written here.
If you think something on this site is wrong, telephone us. Corrections are made promptly and without argument.

What it means for you
- We cannot access, change or cancel any account.
- We cannot place orders, arrange contracts or take payments.
- We cannot act for you in dealings with a network.
- We do not give financial, legal or other professional advice.
For anything specific to your account — a payment, a plan change, a fault on your line — use your network’s own official app, website or helpline. Our line is for understanding your options before or after you do.
